1. Purpose and eligibility
RINKAKU supports self-understanding and reflection through 100 questions and related reading. You may use it if you accept these terms and comply with applicable law and public order.
2. Not professional advice
This service does not provide a medical or psychological diagnosis or medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the result alone for important decisions involving health, treatment, employment, contracts, or relationships. Consult an appropriate professional when needed.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt unauthorized access, impose excessive load, interfere with or misuse the service, infringe the rights of others, violate law, or represent or sell its results as a medically or scientifically established diagnosis.
4. AI and external services
You decide whether to submit exported text to an external AI service. Its terms and privacy policy govern that use. The operator does not guarantee external services. RINKAKU is not officially affiliated with, and does not endorse, any particular AI service.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the questions, result text, writing, design, and software belong to the operator or their lawful owners. Apart from saving and sharing your personal result, unauthorized reproduction, sale, or redistribution is prohibited.
6. Changes, suspension, and liability
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service when necessary. Except where exclusion is not permitted by law, including cases of intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer law prevails where applicable.
7. Current fees
The currently published features and preview codes are free. The site does not currently process purchases, payments, or subscriptions. Before paid sales begin, we will publish price, supply, cancellation and refund conditions, legally required seller disclosures, and a clear final confirmation screen.
8. Changes to these terms
Material changes and their effective date will be announced through the service or another appropriate method. We will obtain consent where required by law.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Japanese law governs these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the operator’s address has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
